ROBOTICS & AI EXPERIENCE 2024: Where industry meets science to catalyze the future of robotics and AI in Europe
The Robotics & AI Experience event serves as a forum for fostering collaboration between industry and research entities engaged in the field of robotics and artificial intelligence. It facilitates the exchange of knowledge and the promotion of joint projects by bringing together companies, start-ups, and researchers from diverse backgrounds. The event encompasses a conference with Pitches from robotics & AI researchers and innovatiors, an expo, which collectively provide a platform for knowledge exchange and the advancement of joint projects. The overarching objective is to reinforce European innovation and drive technological developments. The event integrates scientific lectures with industrial applications, offering a unique opportunity for interdisciplinary discourse.
Conference program and Expo & Tradeshow take place in the same location and are close to each other. We provide professional and individual audio transmission for this purpose. All Expo stands are accessible to all visitors.

How it works
Enter the Robotics & AI Almanac
You are engaged in research or innovation at an academic institution, including colleges and non-university research institutions, in the field of robotics and/or AI, and you wish to enhance the visibility of your research. If this is the case, then this is the ideal platform for you. You are invited to submit your work for publication in the Robotics & AI Almanac 2024. The process is straightforward and accessible. Simply complete our brief online form to gain recognition within the field and be included in the publication. There is no need to create a new Paper. Startups and researchers in industrial companies are also eligible to participate. You can showcase your innovations in the almanac with ease. In addition to this, your entry will grant you access to the event.

Selection process
Together with our partners, we select the best submissions for each application sector and notify the winners at the beginning of October.
You will then also be able to present your innovations on-site on the main stage.
Expo ???
In addition to the lecture program, a trade fair will be held, featuring a multitude of exhibitors. In addition to research institutions and presentations from research projects, a considerable number of industrial companies and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) will be in attendance. The objective is to facilitate the exchange of ideas and experiences related to the latest developments in robotics technologies.
